Maius

A modern style of wine with good fruit-wood balance. Of luminous appearance with a clear surface and intense ruby cherry tones. Aromatically very concentrated with shades of red fruit, balsamic, chocolate and stones (licorella rock), very typical of Priorat.
In the mouth it is full flavored, well structured and balanced, rich in fruit, long and persistent.
Varieties: Garnacha 40 %, Mazuela / Carinena 20 %, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%

Tritium Joven
Made from 100% Tempranillo and crafted in the traditional method of Rioja, once the grapes have been destalked, they are macerated in a controlled temperature to extract all the fruit aromas and the intense color that its youth denotes. Aged for 4 months in barrels of French and Hungarian oak two years old, and brought to the point of perfection. This wine is full of fruit, well balanced, and pleasing to the palate.

Tritium Garnacha
A unique wine made from 100% Garnacha. Very few wineries in Rioja make a wine like this usually using Garnacha only for blending. The great secret of this wine are the 100+ year old vineyards that are used in its making. This wine it is only made in years when there is an exceptional harvest. Its youth is announced by the intense color and highly structured nose of flowers and minerals.

Nocedal Reserva

This wine is made from 100% Tempranillo with fermentation taking place in stainless tanks. The wine is then aged in French and American oak for 18 months and then in bottle for another 24 months before release. This is an extraordinary example of Rioja made in the modern style but maintaining classic traditions. 

"The 1999 Nocedal Reserva, a traditionally styled Rioja, is ruby red in color with attractive cedar and cherry aromatics. On the palate the wine is seamless, medium bodied, and elegant. The moderately complex red fruit flavors have good length."  RP88

Requiem

Made from 100% Tempranillo vinified in stainless steel and then aged in 80% French and 20% American oak for 12 months. This is one of the most concentrated and balanced Tempranillo based wines we have ever tasted. Is this due to the the 80 year old vineyards??

"The 2003 Requiem, a 100% Tempranillo which spent 13 months in French and American oak, reflects the hot conditions of 2003 but, in this case, they seem to have been handled without difficulty. The nose offers up slightly baked kirsch and spice box aromas, and is followed by a moderately tannic palate offering concentrated red fruits with plenty of depth. Give this big wine an additional 2-4 years in the cellar and drink it over the next decade." RP90

Palacio Quemado Reserva

Made of Tempranillo from their oldest vineyards picked in full maturity and carefully macerated over a long period of time. The wine has been aged for three years before release, 13 months in new French and American oak and the remainder in bottle.

Made of 100% Syrah from their oldest vineyards picked in full maturity and carefully macerated over a long period of time. The wine is aged for 6 months in new French oak.

Alius Tinto

This wine is produced with equal portions of Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. After fermentation the wine spends three months in second year  French and American oak barrels. Cherry red in color with a violet sheen denoting its great youth and potential. Notable aromas of wild red and blackberries, balsamic sensations and spices with subtle toasty notes.
